When an Egyptian (Metwally) goes ‘missing’ on a flight to Washington his American wife (Witherspoon) sets out to discover what has happened.

Meanwhile CIA agent Gyllenhaal begins to question the dubious methods he is asked to use while interrogating terrorist suspects and joins in the search for the truth.

It is a powerful film that asks a lot of hard questions, a thoughtfully directed and performed film that leaves you with that feeling of outrage.
