The fall of the Roman Empire to the Goths, the young Caesar (Sangster) captured along with his protector (Kingsley) … step forward the brave Firth and his gallant band of rescuers.

It’s a good idea under-written and by the look of it under-funded but we do get lots of characters and lots of nifty action from an unusually starry cast to keep us sorta interested in the kind of film little lads might find enjoyable … bigger lads will certainly find Rai interesting. She’s there just to keep bigger lads interested.
