Lohan files countersuit to 2005 car crash claims

Lindsay Lohan has filed a countersuit against the alleged victim of her 2005 Hollywood car crash, claiming driver Raymundo Ortega was the one responsible for the accident.

Ortega, who filed a negligence lawsuit against Lohan in Los Angeles in June, claims the actress had been drinking at celebrity hotspot The Ivy before crashing her Mercedes-Benz into his red van in October 2005.
