British rockers Radiohead have shocked fans by announcing plans to release their long-awaited seventh album through their website.

Guitarist Jonny Greenwood says the new LP, 'In Rainbows', will be available on October 11 - and the band is not setting a price to download the version, allowing fans to decide how much they pay for the release.

Greenwood also confirmed a discbox will be available for release in December, containing the new album, digital photographs and artwork.
