Sutherland faces jail

Kiefer Sutherland faces jail if he is convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol, under California's two strikes system.

The '24' star was on his way home from a Fox network party when he was pulled over by police on the junction of La Cienega and Beverly at 1.35am (local time) after making an illegal U-turn. A breath test found him to have twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system, according to reports. Sutherland, 40, was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.
