Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona is pregnant with her fourth child - but there are fears for the unborn baby's health.

The British reality TV star, 27, last week visited specialists at a private hospital in Chelmsford, south-east England, where doctors confirmed she was six weeks pregnant.
