'Simpsons' character Moe based on Rich Hall

Rich Hall was the inspiration behind 'The Simpsons' cartoon character Moe the barman, the American comedian has revealed.

After suspecting the barman was based on him, Hall's hunch was confirmed by 'Simpsons' creator Matt Groening.
