McCarthy denies wedding rumours to Carrey

Actress Jenny McCarthy has denied she is planning to wed long-term boyfriend Jim Carrey - insisting their love is "too deep" for marriage.

The former model - who ended her marriage to film director John Asher in 2005 after six years - vows never to marry again.

"There will be no certificate. It goes far deeper than that," she said. "Jim came into our life with an open heart and open arms."

McCarthy and Carrey have been together for two years.
