Not the best example of Andersons work

If you’re wondering what Gillian Anderson has been doing since The X-Files then Straightheads (Verve, e24.99) is perhaps not the best example of her work.

As Alice, she and new friend Adam (Danny Dyer) are viciously assaulted and set about exacting revenge.

It’s not a particularly good example of the genre, and Anderson might have been better employed keeping her clothes on and finding a better vehicle for her talents.

Extras include director, cast and crew commentary, plus deleted scenes with optional commentary.
