Jackson song guilty of plagiarism

Michael Jackson has lost the rights to his song 'You Are Not Alone' - because a European court has ruled the R. Kelly-penned 1995 track is "largely similar" to one written by Belgian twins two years before.

A Brussels court ruled on Tuesday that rights to Jackson's hit single will now be transferred over to brothers Eddy and Danny Van Passel - but the order will only be applied in Belgium, reports gossip website TheCelebrityTruth.com.
