Eve celebrates with alcohol

Rapper Eve plans to celebrate the removal of her alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet in style - with an alcoholic beverage.

The hip-hop star was ordered to wear the SCRAM (Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring) last month after striking a plea agreement for her DUI arrest in April.

Eve admitted before a gig in Las Vegas on Friday night she was "so excited" about being freed from the device on the following day.

Asked by reporters if she was going to have a drink to celebrate the removal, she said: "You know I am! I don't know (what I'm going to drink), yet. I might wait for dinner. I gotta start slow. It's been so many days."
