Former boy band hunk Nick Lachey is set to become the latest celebrity restaurateur.

The ex-98 Degrees singer, 33, is teaming up with socialite Nicky Hilton and That '70s Show star Wilmer Valderrama to open an eaterie in Las Vegas' Luxor Hotel & Casino.

The Company American Bistro will open next month.
