Anna Nicole's ex sues Stern

Anna Nicole Smith's jailed ex-boyfriend Mark Hatten is suing the tragic model's lawyer partner Howard K. Stern, for "civil rights violations".

Hatten, who is currently behind bars for making criminal threats against Smith, alleges Stern tried to kill him seven years ago in a bid to "remove" him from Smith's life.
