Dina Lohan's boyfriend has hit back at Michael Lohan's scathing attack on the couple, branding him an "unfit and manipulative" father.

During a rant last week Lindsay Lohan's father Michael called Jim McMillan "a drunk, a piece of garbage hanging around my children," before accusing his former wife of courting the media with her "constant lies".
