Brown in court for custody hearing

Bobby Brown was in court on Friday to fight his ex-wife Whitney Houston for legal and physical custody of their 14-year-old daughter.

The judge at the Orange County Superior Court hearing in California ruled both Brown and Houston, who wasn't in court, must personally argue their cases in a deposition set for October 22 before any decision is made about the custody of Bobbi Kristina.
