More trouble for Ozzfest

Ozzy Osbourne's touring Ozzfest show has been marred by another controversy after an off-duty police officer was attacked while trying to make an arrest on Tuesday night.

According to North Carolina police, one officer suffered minor injuries in a scuffle at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre show in Charlotte, where he was working as a security guard.

The authorities claim several off-duty officers, who were working as security guards at the concert, were assaulted by a fan, and had to use force to arrest him and take him into custody.

But police officials insist this was one incident during an otherwise trouble-free event.

Two people died and 83 were arrested at Ozzfest's Holmdel, New Jersey stop on August 16.

The Ozzfest dates end on Thursday in West Palm Beach, Florida.
