Tour curfew for Spice Girls

The Spice Girls will be tucked up in bed by 10.30pm and banned from drinking alcohol during their upcoming world tour, it has been revealed.

The re-formed group are taking their performances seriously and will be doing everything they can to make sure they stay fit and well.

Sporty Spice Mel C said: "Going on tour is like getting married. You have to look your best and prepare by exercising five times a week.

"After a show we can't really have drinks in our dressing room, we'll be back in our hotel rooms and going to bed by 10.30pm."
