Judge extends ban on Nicole Smith video

A Los Angeles judge has extended a ban on the release of a video documenting tragic model Anna Nicole Smith undergoing cosmetic surgery.

Earlier this month, Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff issued a temporary restraining order banned Texas doctor Gerald Wayne Johnson from selling or distributing the tape following a request by Smith's partner Howard K. Stern.
