Lawsuit against Anna Nicole Smith withdrawn

The man who claims he owned Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamas home has withdrawn his lawsuit against the late model.

G Ben Thompson attempted to evict Smith before her death in February, alleging he loaned her the money to buy the house and she had refused to repay.
