A filmmaker is suing Hollywood star David Arquette and his company Coquette Productions Inc. for copyright infringement.

Legal papers filed by screenwriter Fritz Junker in Los Angeles on Thursday claim recent movie The Tripper, which Arquette wrote, directed and starred in, ripped off the 2002 film The Truth About Beef Jerky.
