Author J.K. Rowling has declined to seek damages from a French teenager who translated the latest Harry Potter novel and posted it online.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested in Aix-en-Provence last week after he posted his French translation of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows online, two months ahead of the official French release.
