Spears assistant served with Federline papers

Britney Spears' re-hired assistant, Ally Sims, was served with court papers early on Sunday morning at a house party.

Life & Style magazine reports Sims, who is also Spears' cousin, was "absolutely angry" by the intrusion, initiated by the lawyer representing the pop star's ex-husband Kevin Federline in the couple's upcoming custody battle.
