Harrelson is excellent as the camp walker of the title – that curious animal who earns a living escorting ladies of a certain age around town – in a film strong in character and with a memorable cast.

During one of his ‘walks’ Carter Page (Harrelson) gets himself involved in a murder and becomes the chief suspect … is he being set up?

It’s a superior thriller with much going for it.
