When Sadie met Ben (Moore and Krasinski) met and decided to get married the only thing standing in their way was Rev Frank (Williams) who reckons since most marriages end in divorce there’s hardly any point.

He does run courses for the soon-to-wed and enrols the hapless couple.

So what’s the point of a film that isn’t funny or observant or inventive?

The dialogue is weak and while Williams does his usual best everybody else just tries too hard to please us … and they fail.
