Sean 'Diddy' Combs ex-girlfriend Kim Porter ended her 10-year romance with the hip-hop star because they "weren't on the same page" anymore.

Model Porter walked out on Combs last month and is now hoping to claim maintenance for their children Christian, nine, and seven-month-old twin daughters D'Lila Star and Jessie James.
