Second arrest over stolen Cruise photos
A second man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to sell stolen photographs of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' wedding.
The second suspect is 33-year-old Mark Gittleman, who was arrested in Los Angeles on Tuesday, July 28.
He joins David Hans Schmidt, aged 47, known for arranging deals for celebrity photographs - who was also arrested by agents on the same day.
The pair are accused of demanding more than $1 million (€740,000) for stolen pictures of the couple's 2006 wedding in Italy.
Schmidt is currently trying to sell Paris Hilton's diaries, as well as photographs of her and personal items that were left abandoned in an LA storage lock-up.
