Lohan's legal woes get even worse

The man whose foot Lindsay Lohan drove over as she left a party in pursuit of a former assistant is threatening to sue the actress.

Ronnie Blake was one of three partygoers who was inside a white GMC SUV when the intoxicated Mean Girls star allegedly commandeered the vehicle to chase Tarin Grahame through the streets of Malibu, California on Monday night.
