Lohan fighting claims she was intoxicated in 2005 crash

Lindsay Lohan is fighting claims she was intoxicated when she crashed her car in West Hollywood in 2005, insisting the allegations are "nothing more than extortion".

Raymundo Ortega filed papers in Los Angeles last month, claiming Lohan had been drinking at celebrity hotspot The Ivy just before the accident, when the actress smashed into his red van.
