Mel B hires Allred in child welfare fight against Murphy

Spice Girl Malanie Brown is planning to take her ex Eddie Murphy to court for child welfare payments - and has hired celebrity attorney Gloria Allred to fight her case.

The pop star recently voiced her disgust at her former flame's behaviour since he announced their break up on a Dutch TV show last year and denied fathering her then-unborn child.
