Lohan's father halts custody battle to help Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan's father has called off his custody battle with his estranged wife - to concentrate on saving his daughter's life.

Michael Lohan, who was recently released from a two-year prison sentence, feels partly to blame for his 21-year-old's drug and alcohol problems - and he was stunned by news that his actress daughter was arrested on drink driving and cocaine possession charges.
