MCD to probe Streisand complaints

Concert promoters MCD have announced plans to set up a special committee to examine complaints made by people who attended Saturday's Barbra Streisand concert in Co Kildare.

In a statement today, the company apologised to fans and acknowledged that there were a number of issues relating to traffic, parking and seating arrangements at the concert.

The committee set up to examine complaints will be chaired by former Garda Commissioner Pat Byrne.
