There is no stopping Harry and the gang for here we return to Hogwarts for quite possibly the best in the series of films.

It's certainly the most mature - and the darkest - of the stories and brings a feel and atmosphere most unlike what has gone before.

There is even a strong development of the main characters to give us more background.

There is, of course, plenty of the action fans desire plus a great deal more … and Radcliffe continues to grow and impress in the title role.

The films have always had their strength in the wonderful supporting cast and it's collectively on top form here.

A great, resounding, magical treat all round.
