Travolta loved groping on Hairspray

Actor John Travolta relished playing a woman in upcoming movie Hairspray - because he was groped by his castmates.

The Saturday Night Fever star plays super-sized woman Edna Turnblad in the latest adaptation of the infamous musical - and Travolta admits it was one of his favourite roles because he could behave like "a slut".

He says: "You should have seen everyone on the set of (Hairspray). Every woman and every man was feeling my breasts and squeezing my ass.

"And I was 'C'mon, feel me, touch me!' I didn't care. I was just a slut to be frank."
