BB Jonathan announces plans to quit show
Big Brother contestant Jonathan reduced the normally boisterous housemates to silence and tears by pouring out his heart about his plans to quit the show.
The 49-year-old Londoner told Big Brother he plans to sleep it over but will make his exit tomorrow morning.
The shock move came following a conversation in the Diary Room, in which Big Brother suggested to the self-made millionaire, who runs a media agency, that he discussed his feelings with fellow contestants.
Jonathan listed a number of items that he had put on hold or āriskedā to join the house, adding: āIāve been so reckless to do thisā.
Jonathan continued that being in the house had made him realise that heād been looking for acceptance.
He said: āIām alright so I can stop doing this...No complaints. Iām very happy itās taken me 30 years to get there.
āItās not to do with the house... this journey is all about me... I donāt regret any of this.ā
Jonathan also assured his housemates it was not to do with any of them.
He added: āI feel like Iāve won Big Brother because Iāve got something out of it.ā
By the end of his heart to heart talk the usually noisy housemates both Carole and Charley were crying.
Jonathan describes himself on Big Brotherās official website as the āluckiest f***** on the planetā and a ālazy gitā.
Model Billi, youth health worker Carole and raver Tracey are facing eviction from the Big Brother house this week.
Two-faced Charley, 21, escaped yet again, despite her own vote being discounted as punishment for discussing nominations.
Billi, 25, from Middlesex, received seven nominations, while Tracey, 37, and Carole, 53, received four each.
Bookies make Billi, a newcomer to the house whose votes were also discounted for discussing the nominations, favourite to get the boot on Friday.
