Cox shocked by Friends 'thinness'

Courtney Cox was shocked after recently finding pictures of herself on the set of Friends - because she was so skinny.

The star was proud of her figure at the time, but now thinks she looked terrible.

She says: "I can take care of other people but I'm not good at taking care of myself.

"There was a period when I was on Friends and I was really, really thin. I thought I looked great. In retrospect, I didn't."

Cox, 43, insists she's now far more content than she was in the 1990s: "I'm certainly much more relaxed and happy with myself than I was 10 years ago. I learned to accept things more easily and not feel stressed as if I wasn't accomplishing enough."
