Spector standing 'within three feet' of victim

Phil Spector was standing within 90 centimetres (three feet) of Lana Clarkson when she was fatally shot, a forensics expert testified at the music producer's murder trial on Thursday.

Lynne Herold, the chief analyst of the evidence against Spector, told the Los Angeles court that the "mist-like" blood stains on his white jacket showed he was standing to the victim's right with both arms raised when the gun was fired.
