Two stories in one in this off-beat tale set against a canoe trip by a group of Aborigines, a generational journey about coming of age.

It’s a slow moving film but enhanced by the lyrical camerawork that quickly embraces your attention.

Nothing much happens, but here the old argument that less can be more has seldom been put across better.
