Spector's ex-lawyer refuses to testify

Phil Spector's former lawyer may be held in contempt of court after she yesterday refused to testify at the music producer's murder trial.

Sara Caplan told the Los Angeles hearing she cannot testify about what she saw during a search of Spector's Alhambra, California home because she is covered by lawyer/client confidentiality.
