Janice Dickinson is glad close friend Nicole Richie is receiving professional advice for her alleged eating disorder, because she was worried 'The Simple Life' star was "stressing her body out".

The former supermodel, 52, knows all too well the consequences of failing to eat healthily, because she suffered from anorexia when she was younger.
