In the early days of RTÉ a pretty unusual show arrived on our screens.

Now out on DVD, Peter Gunn Season One (Liberation, €34.99), is a detective series in which the impeccably dressed Mr Gunn (Craig Stevens) dispatches baddies without appearing to ruffle his suit.
