Hip-hop star 50 Cent has hit back at Cam'ron, declaring his rapper rival can only dream of matching his sales figures - and brands the star "delusional".

50 Cent and Cam'ron have been embroiled in a feud since their on-air clash on New York radio station Hot 97 in February.
