Stallone keeps franchise alive in Rocky Balboa

You can’t keep a good fighter down, and in Rocky Balboa (Fox, €24.99) Sylvester Stallone proves there’s still life in the franchise as the now retired ex-champ gets suckered into fighting champion Mason ‘the line’ Dixon (Antonio Tarver).

While the original is still the best, this is a surprisingly decent storyline that lifts this final instalment above the mundane.
