Anna Nicole judge sorry over marijuana
A judge in Florida who briefly heard arguments in cases involving Anna Nicole Smith’s death was today ordered to undergo drug testing for six months on a misdemeanour marijuana possession charge.
Broward Circuit Judge Lawrence Korda, 49, and prosecutors agreed that the marijuana charge will be dismissed if he stays clean for six months and performs 25 hours of community service.
