Paris and publicist split over 'misunderstanding'

Jailed socialite Paris Hilton has parted company with her publicist over what he said was a “misunderstanding” over probation terms in a reckless driving case.

Based on statements from Hilton and the publicist, Elliot Mintz she apparently took legal advice from Mintz, but not her lawyers.
