Take That take legal action over stage musical

Pop group Take That are taking legal action over plans to turn their greatest hits into a stage musical called Never Forget.

The band reformed last year after a ten year split, but singer Gary Barlow handed over the rights to several of their hit songs to someone he "trusted" long before they considered getting back together.
