Nicole Kidman has husband Keith Urban on the equivalent of a ball and chain, according to wild gossip spreading on the internet.

According to a source Nicole is so worried that her "country boy might backslide back into the booze, she will lock a remote-controlled alcohol monitor around his ankle."
