A bunch of inept Reno cops find themselves in Miami for a convention … and then, when terrorists launch an attack, they find themselves out on the streets protecting and serving.

This is because all the good cops are in the convention centre and can’t get out … what a laugh?

Well, no it isn’t. It’s devoid of any real wit – OK, so there’s a couple of quiet sniggers – and the makers try too hard to entertain us.
