So a group of friends decide to visit an isolated island for a week-end break. It’s so isolated and deserted, of course, that should anything untoward happen there’s no way to bring help.

OK, so you guessed it, you clever people: something does happen. One of the group is bitten by a passing dog and begins to mutate.

Hang on a mo, says another of the group, who suddenly remembers that back then dogs were bred on the island but destroyed when they got rabies.

Will the group fend off the pack of mad mutts and escape?

It’s the sort of no-brain horror flick that will have you rooting for the dogs.
