Manson thought he would die at 2001 Ozzfest

Marilyn Manson was convinced his 2001 Ozzfest concert in Denver, Colorado would be his last - because he feared locals who still blamed his music for the horrors of the Columbine High School massacre would be out to kill him.

Manson received hundreds of death threats before the 2001 show and admits now he was more than a little nervous about taking to the stage.
