Hilton denies violating driving suspension

Hotel heiress Paris Hilton has denied breaking the law yesterday by driving on a suspended license again, because her restriction has been lifted.

On Wednesday, the socialite, 26, was ordered to appear in Los Angeles Superior Court on May 4, after being found in violation of her probation in relation to a drink driving arrest last September.

Hilton was spotted behind the wheel of her Bentley again early this morning, sparking reports in the US that she had broken the law once more.

However, her lawyer Howard Weitzman confirmed to TMZ.com that her driving suspension had been lifted, allowing her back on the road.
